Lesson Cancellations

If a client needs to reschedule or cancel a golf lesson, this must be done directly with Mark, more than 24 hours before the lesson date.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of the full price of the lesson. If there is an urgent matter, then it will be at Mark Penny Golf’s discretion.

 

Lesson packages

Lesson packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. In unusual circumstances, this may be extended to allow for missed time.
